The practical exercises completed during the class were well thought out, and addressed a number of different scenarios and questions. The practical exercises also reinforced concepts and processes by making sure the user practiced concepts several times without appearing repetitive. Alex is clearly very knowledgeable and articulated and explained concepts very well and I would gladly attend an advanced course delivered by Alex or any other MS product.

This course was able to help me understand the very basic concepts of Captivate. I can see the progams potential and know there is so much more to learn. Once I have had some experience with it I would like to come back to do the advanced course.

Domenic did an amazing job dealing with two separate knowledge groups at very different levels. I started the session wondering if I was going to learn anything. After our morning break Domenic could see the frustration between the two knowledge groups and did a great job keeping everyone engaged.

Very satisfying that I managed to follow the course with my relatively limited computer skills.
