Excellent course, nice and easy to follow.

Excellent beginners course

This was yet again a great course with great presentation.

Despite thinking that I was working at the Intermediate level, I'm surprised at how much I've actually learned from the Beginners course! Thank you Mark for making it enjoyable... and for the early finish!!!

Easy and well paced, although able to use Word, I actually found items that I did not know about.

Fantastic course

Cindy is a great trainer. She has a lovely demeanour and imparts information in a way that's easy to understand. she is happy to take the time to go through things with you if you have extra questions. I really like her teaching style. She knows word inside out.

Enjoyed the topics covered and very happy with the pace the training was at. She had a very supportive and practical approach to her teaching.

Good that you can come back and resit within 8months; this allows you to practice and return to consolidate your learning. lots of good info covered.

Course fully met my expectations and objectives

Course was great! Comprehensive and moved along with the capabilities and understanding of the group. Plenty of time for questions, small class size for individual attention.
