I wish I had done this course as university student and before working as my work involves documents. I would also send high school kids to it. Very valuable tips delivered in a practical way. Hard to do without taking notes if manual not given at time of course. The content comes quickly. Ben was very interesting and made it entertaining. He was patient with questions and offered extra tips and advice.

I learnt a lot from this course - there was so much I didn't even know existed! I'm looking forward to receiving the manual as there was a lot to take in.
