Duane was an excellent trainer. He was very knowledgeable and explained each part of the course thoroughly and at exactly the right pace.

I thought the course was very good and informative, however I feel I should have booked the intermediate class as I was familiar with a lot of the things we worked on. So I think I will book that in.

I would have loved a hand out to follow along and refer back to as I was trying to write down what Sean was saying for my own reference so missed vital information to follow along and keep u particularly the terminology. Whilst I thought I could use quite a few of the excel functions, I think I should have completed the introduction first. Thank you again.
