Really great course. Went from no knowledge to being able to use Power BI effectively and build reports. Facilitator was extremely knowledgeable and provided great examples.

Practical component kept me engaged in the topics. Small group is also good for people who have questions. I like the online option, allowed a lot more flexibility.

Content was great. Just needed some more time to actually practice examples a few times to get repetition based learning.

Wayne is an excellent trainer and communicator. I really like his style of training delivery - very calm and comprehensive. The online delivery of the course was perfect for my learning style - particularly as I could see problems other course members experienced and on-screen examples were visible to everyone. I also really appreciate the great resources which I will access more practical exercises to reinforce the concepts from today. Thanks to Wayne and DWT!

Fabulous! I have struggled with Excel for so long, just couldn't quite understand it. Paul delivered the course so well, and I got so much from it. I now feel quite confident and can't wait to do the next course.

Adam was very knowledgeable, with clear communication and lots of patience with us. He explained the concepts well and the course was easy to follow and engaging. I enjoyed participating and am sure the what I have learned will be invaluable to me.

Ben was really patient and provided all the relevant training for Outlook. I learnt a lot of new things, for example that you can use the calendar and you can use reminders and you can also send e-mails to people and other people don't know that you have sent the same e-mail to others eg BCC.

Nice teacher and helpful

This course is great and better then online intermediate I have done before. The only thing I would change is have examples with less numbers as I am not a sales person.Andrew did a great job explaining the concept and made formulas look easy as I did not really understand them before. I also liked that he did not make us feel stupid even though we were asking some basic questions in this advanced course. I will recommend this course to my colleagues and friends.
