Jeff was great there were four of us in the class from different aspects and covered and explained things which was appropriate for all of us.

Online format worked very well. Set up communication (re Xero trial account set up, use of 2 monitors, weblink, timings etc) was clear and helpful. Course manuals, documents helpful. Instructor was very knowledgeable on the subject taught and he was efficient with technology/online format.

Russ, our instructor had a wealth of knowledge of SharePoint and he went above and beyond to make sure that everyone in the online class kept up with him on the screen when we were following the training on our own computers, true to his motto "leave no man behind". Russ was also very patient and helpful when answering all our questions, providing scenarios and best practice. Thank you for the 2 day course training Russ!

Learnt a lot from this course

I found the course and the instructor easy to follow and easy to understand, however with the connection troubles thought out the course it did slow a few areas down but that's the world we live in.

Wayne is a very good teacher!!! Very knowledgeable and informative!!! Always willing to answer our questions!!1 Zoom is a great method of delivering the lesson!!!

The step by step explanations with demonstrations and check-ins were excellent. Checking with participants about how the software can be used in our specific contexts. I very much prefer online training over face to face. I prefere camera on at the beginning and then off to preserve bandwidth. I look forward to doing more online training with this organisation.

Really enjoyed being able to do it from my work place (remotely) rather than having to attend a course. Was a very informative course and got a lot out of it that can be used in my workplace.

A great refresher and learnt many new things - especially shortcuts to things I never knew. Freezing screens, split screens and printing/page layout were especially useful for me.

Incredibly insightful. Matthew was great for breaking down the course and answering all questions with evident deep knowledge of SQL as well as assisting us in understanding business requirements and how the extra few steps of questioning the end user can extremely change the expected results.
