I found this training extremely helpful. There was a good balance of theoretical and practical information. The pace was good, allowing me to follow along to the instructor, Ali's instructions.

This course has given me the confidence to use the AI tool more effectively. I can now see how it directly benefits me in my role.

I liked the reversing prompt, for the copilot to "interview" me, so it would give me a different perspective.

I found it helpful to understand the access to microsoft 365 copilot. I was able to understand how to create and save a document onto my computer.

I enjoyed this course it was well-paced, engaging and informative. The explanations were clear for those in the meeting that have limited knowledge of AI with practical examples that reinforced key learnings.

The prompting exercise was especially valuable; it helped me to understand exactly where I can be utlising AI in my role and how to get stronger results.

I most enjoyed the relatively small class size and ability to ask questions specific to me and have the trainer let me share my screen and coach me live directly on the key issue/question I had. It's challenging to get this level of support internally out our company as it via a ticket logging system with outsourced company not in my time zone so more time is spent trying to get the help that actually being helped which means I rarely seek support on AI issues even though it would help me. Human support for AI is what was best!

the examples provided and the reasoning behind them and then building on the prompts was very insightful. Although I can see the application of the when the Avene example was used, it lost me as it was more specific to others needs and not mine.

Adam is very knowledgeable and made the copilot training really engaging and interesting. I learnt a lot about what I can do within Copilot.
