About the Course
This one-day Microsoft Word 2013 Beginner course covers the fundamentals including navigating and selecting text, how to create a document from scratch, work with tabs and lists, format characters and paragraphs and prepare documents for printing. The course has a practical format, with students completing exercises which build their skills and knowledge. The activities are based on real-world cases, further helping consolidation of concepts learned.
Who should do this course?
This course targets people wanting to learn Microsoft Word to create and edit a range of document types, for both personal and professional requirements. By the end of the course, students should be able to work with text and lists to produce their documents, including formatting text and preparing the document for printing.
Prerequisites
While participants do not need the knowledge of Microsoft Word, they need to have basic mouse and keyboard skills, as well as some understanding of personal computers and the Windows operating system.
