About the Course
For beginners new to spreadsheets, this is a one-day course provides a thorough grounding in the basics of creating and working with spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel 2013. The course emphasises learning through practical exercises using real-life scenarios. As a beginner course, the primary focus of the training is on honing the skills required to create correct, well-planned spreadsheets, demonstrating sound document design.
Who should do this course?
This is an introductory course designed for people who need to know how to use Microsoft Excel 2013 and build functional spreadsheets. By course end, participants should be competent in creating, formatting and printing spreadsheet data containing simple formulas and functions.
Prerequisites
Participants require a general understanding of personal computers and Microsoft Windows operating system and should have basic mouse and keyboard abilities. No previous Microsoft Excel 2013 experience is necessary.
