I attended this class in person, which I found to be very useful, as online training has many potential technological downfalls. Duane was a wonderful trainer- one of the best I have experienced. He was patient, explained all the basics without being condescending, and remained engaging throughout. I would not hesitate to take another course, and would specifically ask for him as a trainer.
