About the Course
During this 2-day Microsoft SQL course you will learn how to develop skills in the use of Structured Query Language. Upon completion of this SQL course will be used to create, populate and manipulate databases as well as to retrieve data in a variety of ways. This training course will teach you the parts of SQL you need to know starting with simple data retrieval and quickly going on to more complex topics including the use of joins, subqueries, views and stored procedures.

Prerequisites
This course assumes no prior knowledge of Microsoft SQL however a general understanding of personal computers and the Windows operating system is required.

I would have liked some time to think about problems to come up with my own solutions in some cases.
The course has been of great value. I have learnt a lot and I can go back and start working on SQL with a lot of confidences. The only one thing that I would recommend is that the at the start of the training, spend some time to get to know everyone so we all get a feel of what level we are at as it makes asking questions easier.
It was a well paced and informative course. Good flow and topics were covered well. Dom was a great teacher for this course.
This course was well paced. The integration of questions allowed for needed opportunities to practice what I had learned. I appreciate that the course followed the manual, as I will undoubtably be referring back to this as I use SQL in my work.
